Here’s a card I created with some of the new In Colors I preordered.

I made this card using the Butterfly Basics stamp set and coordinating Butterflies thinlits. I love this color combination – Night of Navy, Tangerine Tango, Tip Top Taupe and Sahara Sand.

The Butterfly Basics set comes in wood mount and , clear mount rubber, as well as photopolymer.  I chose photopolymer, because I wanted to be able to see where I was stamping – especially with the ferns and the long stripey stamp (not used on this card). And, of course, if you bundle the stamps and thinlits, you’ll save money.

I added a little Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz for the ferns and leaves. I added a few  pearls to the center of the die-cut butterfly, and embossed the Night of Navy layer with the honeycomb embossing folder. The sentiment is from Petite Pairs.
