Here's another technique from the "Front Row Regional." It's really not new; we've been watercoloring with markers for awhile, but the trick I learned is – use watercolor paper. I know. That's really a "duh!" moment. It makes so much sense; you're "watercoloring," so that's the paper you'd use.
Ink the stamp with markers, as always. I used (from the center out) Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry.
Then spritz with water, just until you see it "beading up." You don't want it soaked. (Liz, you'll be happy to know I now have a real spritzer instead of my gigantic squirter!!) Then just stamp on watercolor paper. Easy!
I used that technique with the flowers and vine; the sentiment is stamped full force with Melon Mambo.
I love, love, love the new punches! Look how great the Scallop Trim Border and Scallop Trim Corner work together.
