Paper Pumpkin Hope Box – Second Chance!

The cards are simple to create, and, as you can see, full of hope. The colors are beautiful and very uplifting. And the kit contains what you need to decorate the box. I created all the cards, then put them back in the box and gave the decorated box of cards to Mom. I forgot to take a photo, but, fortunately, she still had one of each card left, so I snapped a picture today.

Paper Pumpkin and other kits by Stampin’ Up!® include everything you need to complete the kit. (Ok, you need to have some scissors, but I’ll bet you already have a pair or three!) You can make the projects exactly as the easy-to-follow instructions, or you can be creative and make your own design using kit contents. Personally, I like the simplicity of having everything laid out; all I have to do is stamp and adhere. But I have lots of friends who like to be creative and change the designs.

I did deviate a bit this time from the instructions. This kit includes linen thread, but I didn’t use it. I like using it, but sometimes, my fingers all turn into thumbs when I’m trying to tie or tousle thread.
