Curvy Christmas
Welcome back, Stamping Friends! Stampin’ Up!® is releasing a new bundle from the upcoming January-June Mini Catalog in November! Customers will be able to purchase the Quite Curvy Bundle (Quite Curvy Stamp Set and Curvy Dies) two months early. How fun is that? You can order this bundle from November 3 until the end of the mini catalog. Two other products – the Curvy Christmas Stamp Set and the Classic Christmas Designer Series Paper (DSP) will also be available November 3 – but only until January 4. The Curvy Christmas Stamp Set coordinates with the Curvy Dies. Best news – between November 3 and January 4, you can bundle all the products in the Quite Curvy Variety Bundle. This bundle incudes both stamp sets, the dies, and the DSP and it’s offered at a 10% discount.

I used three of the four products for this card. First, I used the Curvy Dies to cut the Shaded Spruce and Sahara Sand Classic Christmas DSP. Don’t you love the little designs the dies cut into the DSP? Before I adhered the pieces to the Whisper White card base, I used the Curvy Christmas Stamp Set to stamp the stars in Sahara Sand, and the sentiment and pine boughs in Shaded Spruce in the center of the card. I was going to use a Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend to color the stars, but I remembered that Stampin’ Blends bleed through the card stock. I didn’t want Daffodil Delight splotches on the inside of the card, so I used Wink of Stella instead. It’s very subtle, but it does add a little sparkle.
Somehow, I ended up with a little dot of ink on the card front, so I used some Basic Rhinestone Jewels to cover it. Besides hiding my mistake, the rhinestones give the card even more sparkle.
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Please check back in Friday for another BS&J challenge. Have a lovely day!
Pretty card.

Beautiful! As they say – there are no mistakes in crafting. Only room for embellishments (or something like that!).

Thanks, Susan! And this is why I like to do vintage. You can just keep sponging, ripping, and crumpling and no one can tell you made a mistake!!
