Snowflake Splendor Suite
Welcome to a new week! 2020 has been a crazy year so far, so I’m expecting a wild winter in a few months. Why not, right? We’ve had fairly mild winters for the past few years, but if the first 2/3 of 2020 is any indication of things to come, I’m thinking we may experience some fun snow! (I seriously hope I’m wrong, but if I plan for it, maybe I’ll be happily wrong!)
Whatever the weather, the Snowflake Splendor Suite from Stampin’ Up!® will make your day happy. Seriously, I can be snowbound for days with this suite! There are so many amazing products in this suite, and you’re going to want them all. Plus, Stampin’ Up!® has made it easy for you. You can order all the products – the beautiful Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper (DSP), the Snowflake Wishes Bundle, Winter Snow Embossing Folder, Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper, Blue Adhesive Backed Gems, and the Snowflake Splendor 1/4″ Ribbon with just one number. You can also order the products separately, but, honestly, you’re going to want all the products.
Our local Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators meet monthly to share ideas and tips, and this is the make & take Chris Nelson brought for this month.
This picture does not do it justice! The card is absolutely gorgeous. Chris used the Winter Snow Embossing Folder to emboss a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Coastal Cabana Cardstock. Then we added strips of the Snowflaks Splendor DSP to the embossed layer and tied a bit of the Metallic Mesh Ribbon to it. Honestly, I overlooked this ribbon in the catalog, but when I saw it in person – LOVE! It’s on my next order, as well as several of the other products in the suite. (I already have a lot of them.)
We added two of the die-cut snowflakes from the So Many Snowflakes Dies (if you want the stamps and dies, bundle the So Many Snowflakes Dies with the Snowflake Wishes Stamp Set to save 10%) and added Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the centers. How gorgeous is that card? And the Banners Pick a Punch makes it so easy to create the banners from the DSP. We added the Coastal Cabana layer to a Coastal Cabana card base. I love the “tone on tone” look, don’t you?
Here’s a video from Stampin’ Up!® to introduce all the products in the Snowflake Splendor Suite.
