Christmastime Is Still Here
Hi, Stamping Friends! I’m slowly catching up from our extended weekend in the mountains. As always, I had great plans, but, also as always, I ended up mostly reading and relaxing. It was lovely, but I’m paying for it this week.
I wanted to remind you that the Stampin’ Up!® Christmastime Is Here Suite of products is still available! The sales period began in November, but there isn’t an end date; the products will be available while supplies last – so be sure you order your favorites today while you still can.
Here’s the whole suite, but remember you can order everything in the suite or just the elements you want.
I’ve been having so much fun with my new January-June Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration products that I’ve neglected some of my favorites. This morning, I decided to play a little more with the Christmas Rose Bundle.
I stamped the outline – which is a Cling rubber stamp – using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Whisper White Cardstock. The “pieces” of this flower are photopolymer so you can ink each piece in a different color and place each exactly where you want them to fill in the outline. I opted to color mine with Stampin’ Blends instead, so it’s not quite as “distINKtive” as it is when stamped.
I used Cherry Cobbler, Real Red, Shaded Spruce, Old Olive, and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends to color the flower, pine cones, and greenery. Then I die-cut the image with the Roses Dies and added it to some of the Christmastime Is Here DSP. The label for the sentiment is another die in the Roses Dies set. I stamped the sentiment using Merry Merlot Ink.
The Christmas Rose says, “Christmas,” but it’s also perfect for celebrations all year long. You can add this set to your “Year-End Closeout” products! Select retiring products from the 2019 Stampin’ Up!® Holiday Catalog are discounted. You can add your favorite Chistmastime Is Here products as well as Annual and Holiday Catalog products and other online products to the same order.
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Have a lovely day!
