Blended Christmas
The Stampin’ Up! Color Your Season promotion is almost half over. Have you ordered yours yet? There are stamps and framelits for every season, and they’re so fun and versatile. There are lots of products in the upcoming Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog that will coordinate with them, as well, of course, as current Annual Catalog products.
Here’s a quick and easy Christmas card I made using the Blended Seasons Bundle, Watercolor Pencils (assortments 1 & 2), and some Annual Catalog products.
First, I die-cut the medium label from the Stitched Seasons Framelits dies, then stamped the images from the Blended Seasons Stamp Set using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and the sentiment in Garden Green Classic Ink. Then I colored the images using the Watercolor Pencils Assortment 2 (Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Granny Apple Green).
On the scrap of Whisper White that was left after die-cutting the label, I stamped two bells. After die-cutting, I colored them with the Cherry Cobbler Watercolor Pencils from the Assortment 2, and the Basic Gray pencils from the original assortment. I added a little Wink of Stella to the bells for a little shimmer.
I decided to pull out my Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for the front of the Old Olive card base. It’s been sadly neglected lately. Next, I cut a 3″ x 5-1/2″ piece of a Cherry Cobbler design from the Regals Designer Series Paper Stack, and layered everything to the card base.
The products in the Blended Seasons Bundle are some that you will use for a long time. Be sure to place your order today, because they will be gone after August 31 (or when supplies run out). And, remember, we have Bonus Days in August, so for every $50 you spend, you’ll receive a coupon code for a $5 savings in September!
Hope you have a lovely day! Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy.
