Stamp-Off Polaroid Photo Bomb
It’s another Stamp Off Friday! I had so much fun with this one. It’s a Polaroid Sketch.
I’m not sure my card really looks like a Polaroid, since I had to explain it to everyone. Still, I had fun! Check it out.
How cute is that? I used the Animal Outing Bundle, and since this was a Polaroid, I decided to have the giraffe photo bomb the kangaroo. Its eye was closed (all the animals in the Stampin’ Up! Animal Outing Stamp Set look sleepy except the frog and the koala – who looks like he’s thinking, “Wait, you’re not my mother! How did I get in here?” Maybe they had too adventurous of an outing!), so I opened up its eye with a new Basic Black Stampin’ Blend. My giraffe looks much more mischievous with the open eye, don’t you think?
I stamped all the images in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, then colored them with Stampin’ Blends. This stamp set has a coordinating set of dies, the Animal Friends Thinlits. You can, of course, bundle the stamps and thinlits and save 10%, but only if you purchase the bundle in the 2018-19 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. Even if the current stamp sets and dies don’t retire, the bundles do, so you’ll have to pay full price and buy them separately.
I die cut a couple extra branches of leaves from Call Me Clover Cardstock so the giraffe could peek out from behind it. Then I adhered all the pieces to a Brights Designer Series Paper design in Granny Apple Green.
The sentiment, from the Sitting Pretty Stamp Set, seemed fitting, because you really only photo bomb good friends, right?
Check out what Jackie and Susan have created for you. As always, I can’t wait to see what they’ve done with this sketch!
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Have a lovely day!

Thanks, Susan! Since the kangaroo was asleep (or at least not paying attention) it was easy for the giraffe to slip in behind her!!
