Paper Pumpkin, Stampin' Up!

How would you like to get 50% off your first Stampin’ Up! Paper Pumpkin kit? You can in August! Simply sign up for a Paper Pumpkin subscription before August 10, and use the Promo Code BLOOM0818.

Here are more details:

  • New month-to-month subscribers qualify for the 50% discount and must use the code BLOOM0818 at paperpumpkin.com by August 10, 2018 at 11:50 PM (MT).
  • The discount cannot be applied to prepaid codes.
  • The 50% discount only applies to the new subscriber’s first kit shipped. After that, the price for each month’s kit will return to the regular price of $19.95 USD/$26.95 CAD.
  • Unless you cancel, your membership will continue at full price after your first kit.

In case you don’t know what Paper Pumpkin is, it’s a monthly kit from Stampin’ Up. It takes up very little space, and the kit is all-inclusive, although you may need scissors. But you probably already have those, right? The projects are simple, but lovely. The kits are always a surprise, but you can cancel at any time or put your subscription on hold.

These are also a great gift idea! My granddaughter loves them – and she’s not quite four years old. Here she is creating a few cards last year using the So Sara kit. She did a better job than I did.

One of the benefits of being a subscriber is you can order past kits and refills of past kits, if they’re available. Some of the past few months’ kits have been so darned cute, though, there haven’t been refills or kits available, so you’re going to want to subscribe!

Take a look at the July kit to see what I mean.

Paper Pumpkin, Stampin' Up!

How adorable is that basket? And the options for the basket liner are Poppy Parade (shown), Blueberry Bushel, and Granny Apple Green. Look at the cute little cards.

Stampin' Up!, Paper PumpkinYou don’t even have to worry about “naked envelopes,” because they’re already printed for you. I put my cards in the basket, but you could also fill the basket with candy, or cookies, or other small confections. This kit includes four baskets and 12- 3″ x 3″ cards. So fun!

The baskets and card bases are Crumb Cake, and a Soft Suede Ink Spot is included. A Stampin’ Spot is always included with the kit, along with Photopolymer Stamps. Your first kit will also include an acrylic block. (Disclaimer: It’s thinner than the blocks in the Stampin’ Up! catalog, but it is nice!) I love having the Stampin’ Spots, because they work really well with the Stamparatus!

I’m thinking of making all the apple cards with the thank you sentiment and giving them to Mom. Since she and Dad are orchardists, it seems fitting! And then she’d have some thank you cards to send to all the people who were so kind when she was in the hospital.

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Have a lovely day!

Paper Pumpkin is an awesome idea for a gift! Your idea of giving the apple ones from July’s kit to your parents is great – I’m sure they’ll love it!

I love giving these as door prizes at different events, birthday/Christmas gifts, and more! So fun. I think Mom would love the apples – especially in a note card size.
