Petal Palette Sneak Peek
I couldn’t resist taking the new Petal Palette stamp set with me on our weekend getaway. The images are so fun – and perfect for coloring, and the font for the sentiments is lovely. There’s coordinating black and white Petal Passion Designer Series Paper (DSP) that I love. Here’s the card I made.
This is one of the “limited supply” cards I made while we were gone. I stamped the flowers in Basic Gray Archival Ink, then colored with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen. And, yes, I fussy cut the flowers. I love to color and fussy cut. I think it’s relaxing, but I have a lot of friends who disagree.
I stamped the sentiment in Whisper White Craft Ink on an Everyday Label punched piece of Basic Black. Had I been home, I would have embossed it to make it really pop. And, of course, that’s a strip of the Petal Passion DSP along the side. It’s gorgeous – and some of the designs are perfect for coloring.
When I got home, I added the Old Olive Mini Chevron Ribbon and the Glitter Enamel Dots.
Here’s the stamp set. Look how many stamps there are!
This set will be available January 3, 2018, but if you’re a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, you can purchase it beginning Friday, December 1. Join my team today so you can enjoy the preorder this week! Everything from the upcoming Occasions catalog will be available for preorder, and you can “pre-earn” Sale-a-bration products.
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Have a lovely day!

Thanks, Susan. And – Oh, YAY! Glad I could help you out for a change. I’ve bought so many sets I hadn’t planned on because of your creations. (That’s not a bad thing!)
