Oh So Eclectic in Action
At Stampin’ Up! OnStage Local in Richmond last April, Judy and I won the Oh So Eclectic stamp set for a Prize Patrol. Here were are with our happy smiles.
This set has a coordinating set of thinlits, Eclectic Layers, and if you bundle the stamps and thinlits, you’ll save 10%. The Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper also coordinates with this bundle, and it’s gorgeous. You’ll definitely want to add the paper to your bundle order!
Here are a few projects I made with the products in this suite. You’ve seen them before; this is just to refresh your memory!
The interesting thing about the thinlits is that some of them only emboss; they don’t cut. Others are framelits that cut out an entire stamped image. The other products in the suite are also abslutely gorgeous. The 5/8″ Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon is my favorite ribbon ever. Plus there are Naturally Eclectic card overlays that dress up your card even more. You can also order the 8-1/2″ x 11″ Naturally Eclectic Cardstock Pack with eight sheets each of Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist, and Soft Sky. How beautiful is that combination?
In this video, Stampin’ Up! trainer, Shannon West, shows some of the ways you can use this fun bundle to create stunning projects. You can order all of these products as well as all other catalog products on my web site.
I promised to tell you about my afternoon crafting with Mom yesterday. I had so much fun! She has a lot of Stampin’ Up! product – mostly retired – and it was a blast playing around with some of my old favorites. Since she’s trying to “declutter” and simplify, she creates most of her cards on the internet, so she’s trying to downsize her stamping corner. I was able to help her out with that! I’m happy to announce I have lots of glimmer paper, foil sheets, watercolor paper, and a new StazOn pad. Woot! Thanks, Mom!
I’d post pictures of the cards we made, but I left them all with her. She has such creative ideas, and I love stamping with her. I can make one card in about the same time as she can make five. And she has a box of card pieces, so when she needs a card, all she has to do is assemble. The woman is brilliant; I’ve always wanted to be just like her. When people tell me I remind them of Mom, it’s a definite compliment.
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Have a wonderful day!
