Sumptious Succulents
I finally got a chance to play with my Succulent Framelits Dies from the Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog – and I had so much fun! I had been shying away from them, because they looked like a lot of work, but they really aren’t. I made a whole garden in under an hour.
The entire Succulent Garden Suite is gorgeous. The paper is one of my favorites from the Occasions catalog. Then, of course, there’s the Oh So Succulent stamp set, as well as the Succulent Framelits Dies (and you can bundle the two and save 10%). There’s coordinating ribbon as well.
But wait – if you love the look of succulents but don’t want to die-cut all the layers for the flowers, the Vertical Garden Project Kit is just what you need. You can make about 15 succulents, plus 10 spiral flowers to “plant” in the box (included with the kit). It’s so gorgeous, and it can be a beautiful wall hanging, or you can leave it flat to decorate a table. OR – you can use the flowers for a completely different project.
Here’s a quick video that shows the kit. If you purchase the dies (or the bundle), the video will be helpful in putting the individual succulents together.
The Succulent Framelits make gorgeous flowers – and you have options for even more flowers if you purchase the dies.
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Have a wonderful day!
Oh- I was looking forward to seeing the ‘garden’ of succulents you made, Buffy! I hope you’ll share them another time 🙂
