Carol’s Card

Here’s another of the demonstrator Tic Tac Toe cards. This is Carol’s card. Carol has a very fresh, contemporary style that I love.

Stampin' Up!, Lighthearted Leaves

This is such a clean and classic card, I think. I love the colors she used (really, Carol? No Mint Macarron? Ha ha!); they’re so “fall,” but not dark and dreary. The white embossing and designer series paper really brighten the card, and the Lighthearted Leaves set was a perfect choice.

The Leaflets framelits coordinate with this set, but Carol confessed that she doesn’t have those. (Note to my downline: If I have something you need, you can borrow it!) But I think she did a better job of fussy cutting than the framelits do! She rocked those scissors.

My favorite thing about this – that perfect linen thread bow. Ok, maybe it’s not my favorite thing, but it’s close to the top. It looks “machine made,” it’s so perfect. Kudos, Carol!!

Tomorrow I’ll show you Sandy’s card. And then I’ll be home and (hopefully) creating some new things!

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Have a wonderful day!
