Project Life isn’t just for memory keeping! My friend Christy Tobin is offering a class using a Project Life card kit to make approximately 20 cards. The photo shows a sample. And you’ll still have PL cards left over for other projects.
The class will be held Saturday, October 10, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. You should be able to complete all 20 cards in that time, but if not, never fear! You’ll be able to do all the stamping at class and you’ll have photos to take home to help you complete the rest of the cards.
We’re still solidifying details, but the cost of the class will be between $35-40. That covers everything – the Project Life card kit, card stock, embellishments, ink, stamps, and more. Envelopes aren’t included in the class fee, but you can add them to the order if you’d like. Since we’ll be working over the lunch hour, you’ll want to bring something for your lunch. We don’t want anyone fainting over their cards!
Space is limited, so sign up now. It’s going to be a lot of fun. I love the cards Christy has designed. Here’s a close-up of just a few of my top faves –
How cute are those? And the cards are suitable for men, women, and children. There are “just because” cards, birthday cards, Christmas cards and more. You’ll be able to fill up your card box in one day.
Be sure to let me know if you’re interested in attending. It’s a little late for “World Card Making Day,” but we can have “Whirlwind Card Making Day” a week later, right?
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy. Have a wonderful day!
Oh darn! I really, really want to take this class, but Katie has a swim meet that morning in Sterling. We’ll probably get home between 12:00 and 1:00. Maybe Christy will be able to offer this again sometime (pretty please!)
