Cottage Greetings

Cottage Greetings, Stampin' Up!

I LOVE the new Cottage Greetings card kit. I made all 15 cards in about 90 minutes – and that included playing with Miss Amelia.

Here’s the information about the kit:  Cottage Greetings
* Makes 15 cards, 5 each of 3 designs
* Card bases are printed and scored
* 15 envelopes and silver foil liners
* Includes die-cut accents, foil accents, baker’s twine, Stampin’ Dimensionals, wood sheets, self-adhesive enamel dots, and sequins

The wood sheets are very cool, and I love the different candy dots and sequins. The foil liners make the envelopes extra special. I didn’t use the suggested Cottage Garden stamp set, because I forgot to order it. Instead, I used A Dozen Thoughts, Garden in Bloom, and Happy Happenings.

As with all kits, you can get creative, or you can assemble the cards exactly as shown.  Except for using different stamps, I assembled as shown. And Stampin’ Up! always gives more in the kits than you need. I have sequins, twine, and dimensionals left over to use on another project later.

I’ll be offering a class with this kit this month. When you register with payment, I’ll order the kit for you; I’ll supply stamps and ink. The class will be from 10-12 on Saturday, June 27, and the cost will be $20 (includes kit, tax, shipping, and room costs). If you supply your own Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive and SNAIL (or other adhesive), you can save $1.  Deadline for registration is June 17.

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy.  Have a wonderful day.
