Another Inspiration Challenge

It’s time for another Watercooler Artists’ Challenge!  This is an inspiration challenge by Marsha.

Marsha Mothers Day FlowersIsn’t this a beautiful Mother’s Day image?  The colors are so spring-y.  Usually with a challenge, I try to push the envelope and keep the idea but change it into something else.  This time, I went literal.  I mean, seriously literal!  Here’s my project –

WWC_MarshaYep.  No card.  Just flowers.  I had so much fun making these with the Pansy punch and Bouquet BigzL die.  I used the Build a Bouquet stamp set to stamp the top layer of most of the flowers.   Then,  I punched Champagne Glimmer Paper flower centers..

Do you see the ferns in the photo?  These were made by my mom. They look so real!  I tried making them, but I couldn’t get them to look as real as Mom’s.  Once she’s back on two feet, I’m going to get her to teach a class.

So now it’s your turn.  Use Marsha’s inspiration photo to create a project and share it on the watercooler challenge blog.  If your project is chosen as a favorite, you’ll get to post our super cool badge to your blog.

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy!  Have a wonderful day!

Thanks, Jodie! I have a tutorial for some of them here – https://buffycooper.com/spring-flowers-tutorial/
For the ones using the Bouquet Bigz die, I just followed the instructions on the die and the video. And, of course, the ones that didn’t look very good are in the back where you can’t see them in the photo! 😉
