“Owl” Be Yours

Stampin' Up!, Punch ArtThis is very similar to a card we made at the “Demo Event” last November.  I love this little owl!  The only thing I changed was I used a heart in the center of the owl instead of an oval of designer series paper (for a “tummy.”  I don’t know what an owl tummy is called.)  Other than that, I changed nothing from the original design, because it was almost perfect.  (Oh – I did change the eyes from Pistachio Pudding to Coastal Cabana, simply because I didn’t have any Pistachio Pudding with me when I made the card.)

One of my stampers (Hi, Sandie!!) saw it on the bulletin board, and we decided it would make a great Valentine.  This is definitely one of the cards we’ll be making this week.  It uses lots of punches (listed at the end) and die cuts.  It’s very simple to create!

Hope you’re having a wonderful week!  I have a bazillion things to catch up on before I leave for Orlando and Leadership.  I’m so looking forward to a week with Mike – and to seeing Susan Horr!  I haven’t seen her since July 2013.  Mike “accidentally” made reservations a day early, so we’ll have to spend an extra day in Florida.  Oh, darn.  (HA!)

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy!  Have a wonderful day.
