Sketch Challenge!

Craft Project Central, stampin' Up!
This is the Craft Project Central “Creating Pretty Cards” sketch this month – and it was designed by me!  I had such fun designing this.  Here’s my card.

CPC43

This is my favorite style, with lots of sponging, splatters and distressed edges.  The card is a gatefold – so it opens in the middle, like a gate.  And the little tag on the front left is removable, so the recipient can use it as a bookmark.

I used the Kinda Eclectic set for this, as well as Gorgeous Grunge and Another Thank You. And, of course, I used lots of punches and framelits – the Bitty Butterfly punch, the Scalloped Tag Topper punch, and the Ovals Collection framelits.  The lace trim is the lovely new Sahara Sand 7/8″ Lace Trim from the Occasions Catalog (available January 6, so the link won’t work until then).

Now that you’ve seen my card and the sketch, try your hand at it!  For every 10 entries in the challenge, one will win a free subscription to Craft Project Central!  So grab your stamping supplies, create a card and enter it into the contest.  I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy!  Have a wonderful day!
