I finally got a chance to play along with one of the Watercooler challenges. This time, it’s a product challenge using Blendabilities. Since I love the “Get Your Santa On” set – and it’s “colorable” – I made this.
I stamped the image in Tuxedo Black Memento ink, colored with Blendabilities and cut it out with circle framelits. The Holiday catalog is just packed with fun products. I love the Under the Tree specialty designer series paper. There are 12 card-stock weight kraft sheets with a color print on one side and white-on-kraft on the other. So cute – and perfect for boxes as well as cards. The only problem is deciding which side to use. I selected the one with stars, then added a few frosted sequins.
It needed just a little something after I layered the image to a tea lace paper doily, so I colored some Whisper White organza ribbon with a Cherry Cobbler blendabilities marker.
To play along with the challenge and link your creation, and to see the fab projects the other designers have for you, head over to the Watercooler Challenge home page.
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy! Have a wonderful day.
Buffy, Love the fireplace framed inside the doily. So cute. I’m really glad that you got to play along on a challenge with us.
