Ornamental Pine

Ornamental Pine, Stampin' Up!

Here’s one of the cards we’ll be making at the card buffet next Saturday for World Cardmaking Day.  This is the Ornamental Pine set from the Holiday catalog.

I stamped the pine needles in versamark, then embossed with white embossing powder.  I sponged Always Artichoke, Soft Suede and Daffodil Delight around the branches.  Easy!

Not all of the cards will be Christmas cards.  In fact, most won’t be.  It’s a great way to stock up on greetings cards to have on hand.  And, of course, it’s always more fun to stamp with friends than all alone, don’t you think?

The Card Buffet will be Saturday, October 4 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  You don’t have to be there right at 10, but the supplies will be “first come, first served,” so if you want to be sure your favorites are still there, you’ll want to be there early.  The cost is $2/card.  You can make as many or as few as you’d like, and you choose the designs.  So if there’s one you love and you want to make five of them, you can!  I’ll have 10-15 designs available.

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy!  Have a wonderful day.

Another beautiful card. Thank you for listing the colors you sponged with on yesterday’s card and today’s card. I appreciate it very much. Both cards are just outstanding.
