Ack! Four of my six “lives” collided today – and I totally dropped the ball with one of them. I had a “trial run” with Amelia at the office – and it went swimmingly. She was an angel. She slept and played, and we talked while I got work done. Then we had a “road trip” to help Mike with a Quality Electric project. It was great! We had snacks (well, she had a bottle), games and music. Again – she was an angel. And then I came home and practiced a bit while she slept in her bassinet beside me. Amelia loves music – and since I was reading through some of our music for the oratorio society, it was Christmas and very “lullaby-ish,” so it did its job and lulled her to sleep.
Later, her parents came to pick her up, and then we had a tour of the house they’re buying. It’s so cute – and they’ll have so much more room. It’s a great house, I think. Very warm and inviting. And the yard is amazing. There’s even a horse in the field behind the house (but it doesn’t come with the house! It belongs to the neighbors.).
So then I got home and started working on the project for today (finally!), and I remembered one more errand I had forgotten. I was supposed to pick up some card stock from Spring Arbor to start working on a project for them. Hopefully, I can get it this weekend. I hate missing appointments. It doesn’t happen often, fortunately.
I did get a chance to make this, though.
The sketch for this card is the challenge this month at Craft Project Central. I also gave myself a “Fall Challenge” – using Rich Razzleberry, Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie and Very Vanilla with a yellow. I used Daffodil Delight and Hello Honey.
I finally got a chance to use my Homemade Holiday framelits with the Holiday Home stamp set.
If you participate in the challenge, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a free subscription to Craft Project Central! It’s a fun sketch, so give it a try!
Have a wonderful day! Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy.

Thanks, Helen! That bundle is fast becoming one of my faves too! And having the colors and sketch picked ahead of time, it was a snap to put together once I decided on the set to use.

I am thinking you have way too much to do. You need to give up something. I know! Send Amelia to me! )

I have a feeling her mama would hunt us BOTH down if I even thought about it! It took a lot of convincing to let me have her for the day.
