Awesome Bella

Several weeks ago, my friend Jeanne Kupsh asked some of her friends if they would send cards to her daughter Bella for her birthday.  Bella turned 10 a few weeks ago (Happy birthday, Bella!!).  The Kupsh family is stationed in Germany, so Bella doesn’t get a lot of mail.  I joined many of Jeanne’s other friends and sent a card to Bella for her birthday.  Yesterday, this was in my mailbox.

Stampin' Up!, Flower Shop

Isn’t this one of the happiest cards ever?  It’s also the first time I’ve ever gotten a thank you card for a card.  Bella used one of the flowers in the Flower Shop set to make this.  So clever, and I’m definitely CASEing!  She made 36 of these as thank yous for all the people who sent her birthday cards.  How many 10 year-old girls do that?  Bella is homeschooled, so I hope she got school credit for this!!

If you have a minute, check out Bella’s blog – Bella’s Pink Planet.  She has some fun stories on there.  She’s on a little school break, but her mom says she’ll be blogging more frequently when school starts.

Thanks Bella, for the card!!  Keep on stamping – and keep that joyous spirit you have.

Here’s my latest Amelia pic.  This is from Friday.  She’s two weeks old in this photo, and this is actually her due date.  I think she kicked her way out two weeks early, because she needed to stretch.  Her mommy just didn’t have enough room in there for a long baby, and she (and definitely her mommy) were tired of having a foot stuck in a rib cage!

Amelia, grandparent loveShe’s such a happy girl!

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy.  Have a wonderful day!

Hooray for Bella! Such a gracious, joy-filled lady. She will go far in this world. So will that happy, little granddaughter!!! “Chatting” with her lovely grandmother is very good for her!! (And you!!!)
