January seems to be birthday month!  We celebrated Mom’s birthday Tuesday, my sister-in-law’s special day today, and I have a friend with a birthday next week.

I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m ready for spring.  Yes, I know, I was wishing for snow and winter weather a month ago, but I’ve had my fill.  I’m ready for butterflies and flowers, so I used the Papillon Potpourri set for this, with 2013-15 In Colors – Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe and Pistachio Pudding.  (Now I want spring and I’m hungry.)  The little background splotches behind the butterflies are from the new Happy Watercolor set in the Stampin’ Up! Occasions catalog.

I’m seeing lots of updates from Leadership conference.  Sadly, with re-scheduled recitals and the crazy weather, I had to stay home.  But it was the right decision, and I’m ok with it.  And besides, by staying home, I got to celebrate with Mom and Sharon (and lots of other family members, too).  But there are some products on the horizon that sound really wonderful.  I can’t wait to see them!
