For our stamping team meeting yesterday, Mom led a My Digital Studio (MDS) class. It was so much fun. She’s a natural teacher. We ran into a few glitches, because some of us had older versions of the program, but she handled it like a pro. Because, of course, she is. This is our class of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators – Chris, Ruth, Betty (Mom), Sandy and Liz. Not everyone could be there, but I think those who were had a great time.
Mom was orignally just doing the Make & Take – which was a MDS hybrid project. But her notes about how she created it were so good, I asked her to lead everyone in making the card, and everyone learned something – even those who have been using the program for awhile.
Here’s the card Mom brought for the Make & Take. She had already printed the MDS part. We added some details to the butterfly, added Delicate Details lace or washi tape, then attached the front panel to a card. Easy! What a fast, fun and easy way to make a lot of cards. Thanks, Mom!! You never cease to amaze me.
Have a wonderful day – and thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy.
I think I had the most fun of all!!!! Thanks for ALL your encouragement, Buffy!
