Buffy Cooper dot Com

Stippled Blossoms, Stampin' Up!From now on – or at least for a year – if you want to go to my blog, you can just go to  buffycooper.com.  Easy!!  I need to get new stickers and stamps made now, but I’m really excited to have my own domain.

This gorgeous card was our team Make & Take for our meeting yesterday.  I try to meet with as many of my stamping team as I can at least once a month, and we’ve been experimenting with different days and times.  Yesterday, Ruth Burris planned the Make & Take, and she definitely hit a home run with this one.  It’s so elegant and beautiful, but so easy!  Using the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Blossoms set, you stamp the background several times in Crumb Cake ink, then the outline in Midnight Muse.  Add some Always Artichoke leaves and a little sentiment, tie a knot in seam binding ribbon and you’re done.  How easy is that?  This is a perfect birthday, Mother’s Day, thinking of you or even sympathy card.  Change the stamp and you can have a great Father’s Day card or a masculine birthday card.  I’m going to try some variations tomorrow – so I’ll see what I can come up with!

Thanks, everyone, for your “get better” wishes.  I do feel much better today and am not very sore at all.  Guess there’s a lot to be said for the extra padding on the part where I landed!

Have a wonderful day – and thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy!
