Thank You in Navy and Vanilla

Elements of Style, thank you cards, Stampin' Up!A recent graduate e-mailed me to ask if I’d help her design some thank you cards.  She had used Stampin’ Up! products in the past, and she found me on the web site.  We met earlier this week, and chose colors and a basic design.  I like the Elements of Style image that she chose.  Navy and Vanilla seemed like a very professional choice for colors, but the card just needed another color to kind of “pop.”  I had made one card with Always Artichoke and one with Crumb Cake, so I showed them to Rachel and asked what she thought.  She liked them, but suggested Elegant Eggplant as the third color.  WOW!  The purple and navy are really rich together and are very bold without being overpowering.

When I got them all together, I asked Mike what he thought – as a business owner.  He chose the Eggplant one, too.  I’ll have to tell Rachel her color combination was a huge hit.

Just a quick reminder – Elements of Style will be retiring June 3, so be sure to buy it while you can!

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy – and have a wonderful day!
