Here’s another Make & Take from the Stampin’ Up! Regional event in Baltimore, MD, last weekend. This is a little different than the prototype. I was blabbing with new friends, helping Mom get signed up to be a demo, and eating cupcakes, so I brought this home to make. (So it was more like a “take & make!”) But, really – I can stamp any time. How often can I chat with Liz, Pam and Lori?
I didn’t have the stamp sets they used at Regional, so I picked two that worked ok with it. Kindness Matters is from the Stampin’ Up! annual catalog. And the Just for You stamp is exclusive to the Pop-Up Posies Designer Kit in the Stampin’ Up! Spring Catalog. The other stamp set (used in all the Make & Takes) is Clockworks. It’s one of my favorites, because it’s a good collage stamp (a great stamping technique, because you can’t mess it up!)
This was kind of a bonus Make & Take. It wasn’t in our original packet; we picked it up with our cupcake. (Do these people understand women or what? Stamping, cupcakes, and free products. It doesn’t get much better.) I love the way we created the little flower with the Fancy Flower punch. And the box was created with the Two Tags Bigz die, which my newest recruit (Mom) got with her starter kit. I wonder if she’ll notice if I borrow it? Which reminds me – I still have her Fun Flowers die and her retired butterfly punch. Oops. I guess it’s ok; I have her Big Shot, too. She offered that one, because she didn’t have a lot of room. So she brought it to the stamping studio to use in workshops. I have the coolest, best mom in the world. And I’d say that even if she didn’t share her “stuff” with me!
Have a wonderful day – and thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy!
