I was so excited this morning when I checked the UPS tracking info on my Stampin’ Up! packages. I saw my three favorite words – “Out for Delivery.” I wasn’t too surprised. This apocalypse-like storm that was predicted was pretty lame. Wes was out by 7:45 to get to work in his car. There were a few slick places, but, for the most part, it was fairly clear around here by 9 a.m.
Around 2 in the afternoon, though, I double checked the information, and they had an update. At 10 a.m., I guess the driver decided it was too slippery to tackle the deliveries. *sigh* I’m glad he stayed safe. I sure was looking forward to some new stamping goodies, though!
My “Designer Typeset” photopolymer stamps are in one of the packages I’m waiting for. Since I don’t have the physical product, I thought I’d show you a few samples.
First – one of the cool things about these stamps is you can bend them. So if you want a fun banner instead of a straight string of triangles, just bend the stamps on the block. Fun!! Here are a couple samples made with the set. It’s so easy to line up the alphabet since you can see through the stamp.
Remember, you get 57 stamps (blocks not included; A, B, F, G & I are suggested), item 132956 for $13.95.
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy, and have a wonderful day!
What ever happened to come rain or shine or……? Didn’t he know he had a SU box on the truck? The nerve!

What I love about UPS is that they always get here, no matter the weather. I have to be able to get down the street to retrieve mail, but UPS always makes it through. Sorry your driver is a wuss. Oh, our foot of new snow turned out to be a very manageable 4 inches.

Ugh. The tracking info still says, “Wednesday,” and that the weather has stopped the shipment. I’m hoping they’re just so busy they’ve forgotten to update. The roads are perfectly clear and dry, so there’s no reason at all for it not to get here. Unless, of course, they bumped it for deliveries that were scheduled today. Grrrrrr…if my poor little boxes are sitting on a truck in a warehouse 12 miles away, I’ll be so frustrated. Fed Ex AND USPS have already been here today.
Thanks for the sympathy, Darrah & Susan! (Wow, Darrah – 4″? That’s nothing for you. More like a “skiff.” In our county, it would close schools for 3 days!)

The UPS guy (which, as it happens, is a female. Obviously I’m never here when UPS makes deliveries) made it today! I’m happy now.
