Tea Time

Tea Shoppe, Doilies, Wisteria Wonder, Secret Garden, Stampin' Up Spring Catalog

This is one of the cards we’ll be making in workshops this month.  I used several products from the new Stampin’ Up! Spring catalog as well as some of my favorites from the annual catalog.  It’s a variation on another Tea Shoppe card, but this one uses Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White and Elegant Eggplant.

The tea cup stamp was inked in Wisteria Wonder, and then I sponged Elegant Eggplant over most of it.  I wanted it to have an “old” look.  And the bottom flower was stamped three times in Elegant Eggplant.  I used an aqua painter to blend the ink into the image, then cut and layered the three flowers from the Secret Garden set.

It’s hard to see in the photo, but under the doily is a piece of the Delicate Details Lace tape.  I sponged a little Elegant Eggplant on it to give it a bit of color.

Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy!  Have a wonderful day.
