One of the sets I brought with me this weekend was Betsy’s Blossoms. I made a card with it Wednesday night using a sketch from a challenge, and I was going to post it today. But — My friend, Stampin’ Up! demonstrator Susan Horr, also posted a Betsy’s Blossoms card today. There have been several times that I’ve posted something, then looked at her blog, and she had posted something similar. It’s amazing how much we think alike!
Anyway – I didn’t want her to think I’m stalking and copying her, so here’s another MDS2 card for you. I used a template, but I recolored the flower. The original was pink, and I thought it looked a little wonky; even the leaves were pink. With MDS 2 you can recolor image in different colors – like you do with actual stamps and markers or crayons. So I recolored the flower with Tangerine Tango and the leaves with Old Olive.
I love how they recolored one of the Natural Compositions overlays. There are so many options with MDS2, and it’s 50% off through Wednesday! Check out the Stampin’ Up! Online Extravaganza here. Just click “Shop Now,” and have fun!
Thanks for stopping by Stamping with Buffy, and have a wonderful day!
You know what is even funnier? My post for either tomorrow or the next day (can’t remember which) is showing how easy it is to make a card with MDS! Great minds think alike!
PS: You can’t stalk a stalker, can you?

Now that would be funny!! Can’t wait to see your card. You always inspire me, but I try not to copy too much. There have been some that were just too perfect to change though!
