This ornament thing is like eating potato chips or pistachios. Or Triscuits. Once you get started, it’s hard to stop! I wanted to try one using products from the Stampin’ Up! annual catalog, and I love the results. I used the Delightful Decorations stamp set with the Ornament punch to create this one. (Mom & Janet – it’s blue!!)
I used the Holiday Ornaments framelits (from the Holiday catalog) for the base. The 3-D “petals” are one of the Delightful Decorations stamps. I stamped them on Night of Navy in Whisper White craft ink, then used Heat & Stick powder and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter on each. I only used 3 for each petal, and it worked fine.
I used the Daydream Medallions and Delicate Doilies for the top layers and white embossed vellum for the “inserts.”
I’ll try to make this the last ornament I post – unless I come up with something really spectacular and different.
Have a great day – and thanks for stopping by “Stamping with Buffy!”

oh-em-gee!!! This is so beautiful! Thanks so much for this – I’ve been wondering how one of those ornaments might look with the punch, since I don’t have the dies. Love how you used the curled vellum instead of ribbon or fabric, too!
