Look what I found in the mailbox Saturday! It’s the cutest card from my friend Susan Horr, a Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator from New York. The more I get to know Susan, the more I think she may be the long lost sister I was always sure I had. With two brothers, I had always dreamed about how much fun it would be to also have a sister, and my “make believe” one was very much like Susan. She’s so funny and talented, and I love chatting with her. I’m hoping to meet her in person in January at the Stampin’ Up!® Leadership conference in Orlando.
The Mixed Bunch images are so clear, I thought this was a “Simply Scrappin’ ” kit at first. That’s how great the new firm foam stamp pads stamp. And, of course, Susan is a “Master Stamper.” I’ve never seen anything less than awesome from her. I got her permission to use this design, so we’ll be making a card very similar to this one in clubs and workshops this week.
Thanks, Susan!! Since I enjoy the 3 month celebration, I think it would be ok to send Susan a late card. I always forget to check for birthdays until I see the message pop up on the day, so I don’t get cards in the mail on time. But Susan’s birthday was in August, so I’m not really late yet, right? At least, according to my celebration schedule!
Thanks for dropping by! Have a wonderful day.
I think BOTH of you guys rock!!! Hugs and Happy Birthday to you both!
