I found out yesterday that a friend of mine passed away Sunday evening. I never met her, but she was also a Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator, and we were involved in online forums together. She was funny and sweet, and I’m very sad that her life was cut short. Several years ago, my Wesley had lots of “friends.” When I asked him about them, I realized they were all online friends. I told him they couldn’t really be friends. Well, the past year or so, I’ve had to eat my words and apologize to Wes. Some of my best friends are online. We chat, we cry together, we laugh, we vent our frustrations. Even though we can’t be there in person, we probably are more open and honest with each other, because we’re not face-to-face.
Even though I’ve never been in the same room as Robin, I’m going to miss her. A lot. Today’s card is a sympathy card for her family. She had two beautiful daughters, a very handsome son, and a husband who seemed to “get” stampers, and I know her death is a devastating loss to all of them. My prayers will be with her family for some time.

This is a CASE of a swap from Kris Sanders from Minnesota. I loved Kris’s card, and she was very sweet to swap with me even though I was out of cards. (I sent her one in the mail later.) I thought it was very elegant and “peaceful,” like Robin.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!
