Aren’t these adorable?  They’re earrings made with the In Color Dahlias in the new Stampin’ Up! annual catalog.  I saw them on one of the Stampin’ Up! Convention boards today.

Here are some pictures from today.  Some were from the class we took – “I Am Savvy,” with Donna Griffith.  It was fun to see our products – ribbon, designer fabric and card and scrapbook kits – used in different ways.  Click on any of the photos to view larger images.

This one has ribbon behind the punched image.  Cute, right?

Isn’t this a great card for a man?  The “Happy Birthday” is layers of embossing, with the sentiment stamped in the last layer while it’s still hot.  And the ribbon is the striped satin ribbon in the Holiday catalog.

Can’t you picture how cute a little girl would be wearing this?

This made me think of my friend Ruth since it has Wisteria Wonder and butterflies.

Designer fabric on the envelope flap.  How clever is that?  And it’s so easy with our fabric adhesive sheets and an iron.

Of course I had to have a vintage card!

And finally – here’s a photo of my “Sock Bear” from Darrah, and the gorgeous gift Joanne  Do gave each of us.

Isn’t he just the cutest?  I love this guy.  Right now, he’s staring at me and smiling.

And this almost made me cry this morning.  Joanne and David Do gave each of us a real Hawaiian lei.  Is this just amazing?  It’s so beautiful.  I wore it through breakfast, but then put it in the fridge for the day, because I was afraid it would get messed up in all the jostling and bumping.  The picture really doesn’t do it (or the Sock bear) justice.  I have the best friends ever!
