Winter Memories

Does this make you feel cooler on a hot day like today?  This is my other swap for the Stampin’ Up! convention.  It’s the only one, though.  I was having serious troubles with the embossing folder, so I decided I had enough swaps for the event.  My stress level was high enough today, so I think I made the right decision.

Stamps:  Winter Memories*; Ink:  Jet Black StazOn; Midnight Muse classic; Watercolor Wonder Crayons; Paper:  Whisper White, Midnight Muse card stock; Other:  Corner Rounder punch, Large Oval punch, aqua painter, Dazzling Details, stampin’ dimensionals, Big Shot, Holiday Frame embossing folder* (*available Aug. 1 in the Holiday catalog)

This is a clean and simple card – which is a departure for me!  But I refrained from sponging or distressing.

I’m off tomorrow for Salt Lake City!!  I can’t wait to learn some new tips and tricks.  Tomorrow will mostly be travel, and then I’m going to try to tour the Riverton campus and then do some Make & Takes on Wednesday.  Sessions are Thursday through Saturday, and then I’ll be home on Sunday.  I’m sure it will go very fast.  I’ll be sending news home (and lots of pictures!), so do check in now and then if you get a chance.

Have a great day – and thanks for stopping by.
