So we all know how I feel about nature…and nature in my house? Even worse! Jon gave our dog a bath the other day, and after it was all over, he found a flea on the dog’s belly. Well…this was the beginning of a flurry of activity at the Cooper household. I immediately went into, “Kill them all!!!!” mode. While I washed the dog’s bed and the cover on his couch (yes, he has his own couch. It’s very sad.), Mike sprinkled flea killing powder all over the upstairs. While he was vacuuming, I sprinkled the basement and Jon gave the dog a dose of Frontline. We haven’t seen any more fleas, but, of course, we all itch. I’m not sure how much is real and how much is psychological.
On to more fun things….tomorrow is Rachel’s birthday!! She’s having a party here Saturday, but I have some fun things planned for her tomorrow. I won’t say, just in case she reads this, but I will show you her card. It was funny making this, because I kept thinking, “I wonder if I should do this or this…I’ll ask Rachel. Oops. No, better not!”

This uses sets from the new Idea Book & Catalog, Create a Cupcake and Pennant Parade. I added a little glitter to the two scallop pennants with the 2-way glue pen, and they’re also punched and layered. The Island Indigo tag at the bottom is from the Lots of Tags sizzlet pack, and the top layer (Pool Party) is a tag on the matchbox die. What did I do before I had a Big Shot?
That’s it for now! I was very long winded yesterday, so I’ll give you a break today. Have a wonderful day, and thanks for stopping by!
