This is an example of different kinds of distressing. I ripped, sanded, filed, stained, sponged…I forgot to crumple, though. The Distressing Essentials kit makes it very easy, because there's a sanding block, files, emery board and ink spots.
This was a lot of fun – and I love the Love Letter designer series paper. The Basic Black, Very Vanilla and Riding Hood Red combo is really nice. I also used one of the "bitty buttons" you can get free when you order the Filled with Love bundle.
Here are the supplies –
Stamp Sets: Tiny Tags, Greeting Card Kids
Ink: Jet Black StazOn, Basic Black classic; Stampin' Write Markers – Blush Blossom, Riding Hood Red, Daffodil Delight, Pink Pirouette, Crumb Cake
Paper: Love Letter designer series paper; Very Vanilla, Riding Hood Red, Basic Black card stock
Other: Bitty Buttons, blender pen, crochet trim, distressing essentials kit, mini glue dots, stampin' dimensionals
I have a kind of early day tomorrow, so I'm off to bed!
Thanks for stopping in.
