What a beautiful day this is! We're in the mountain, preparing Thanksgiving dinner. I made pies and macaroni and cheese last night; Mike's cooking sweet potatoes right now. It's going to be a pretty easy dinner. I didn't want to drag a thawed turkey down the valley, so we just brought slices. Mike's thrilled, Jon doesn't eat meat anyway, and Wesley & I…well, I promised to cook a turkey when I get home! Later this morning I'll fix the stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and bread. Mercy! I need some more storage containers, because I know we're going to have a lot of food left over!
We dropped the internet access here, because Mike has an "air card" that he plugs in and gets internet anywhere he'd have cell service. That's great for him, but if I want to use the internet, I have to use his computer, and it hates me. Seriously! I think it's because it's red, and I tried to talk Mike into the green one.
So – this is a quickie post. No long ramblings and rants today, just a quick peek at our anniversary card.
I wanted to do another "Sandy Combo" – Rich Razzleberry, Basic Black, and Sahara Sand. Rich Razzleberry is another color I don't always run to, but it's gorgeous with so many colors. And see that teeny tiny little tag? CUTE!
