Simply Adorned

I'm simply in love, I think!  The simply adorned charms are much, much cuter in person than in the catalog!  This one is 1" x 1-1/4" and is part of the Simply Adorned bundle that comes with the charm, chain and Charming stamp set.

I stamped the background in Crumb Cake, then inked the main image with Cherry Cobbler and Always Artichoke markers.  I added some pearl jewls and some Smooch top coat.  Besides the bundle, I got three of the baubles from the Holiday mini catalog – the Clear Crystal, Pink Crystal and Vanilla Pearl.  The Vanilla Pearl is in the photo, and they're much larger than they look in the mini.  And, of course, now I want the Black Crystal.  I always want to call it "The Black Pearl."  And then, of course, I'd have to have a photo of Captain Jack Sparrow in the charm.  But I digress…

I tied a little piece of crochet trim around the chain.  I'm not sure I'm liking that, but we'll see if it grows on me.  The cool thing is, you can make dozens of inserts and switch them out to match whatever mood you're in (or whatever you're wearing).  And the baubles also have lobster clasps, so they're easy to switch also.

I think these would make darling gifts for Christmas, don't you?  The bundle is a great way to get started since you get the Charming stamp set also.  More details are in this post, and you can order online or through me!   Take advantage of the bundle discount (124076), and let me know what you think of the charms!
