I have no projects to show you today. Sad, right? We had the first "All Year Owl" calendar class today, and, let's just say I'm glad I had a chance to "practice" on friends! Because I made the owls over several days, I didn't realize how work-intensive (Wendy's term!!) it was, and it took a little longer than I had planned. So after we finished up, I decided to go ahead and punch all the owl pieces for Saturday's class.
The good news is everything is cut, organized and ready to go! The sad news – I didn't get to make anything to post, and I'm getting ready to run out again. But maybe when I get home I can whip up something gorgeous!
The calendars are adorable, by the way – and really easy to make. It's just the punching that takes a while. The punch is available on my web site – Item #118074, and it's $16.95. And it can punch more than just owls. We made a penguin, a "chick," and a Charlie Brown ghost. I've even seen a cow. (Or would that be "Cowl?" Happy Cowls from Cowlifornia…. Sorry. I guess I'm too punchy today.)
Gotta run. The man is waiting by the door. Thanks for stopping in!
