This looks like our Oratorio Society. We're all ready with smiles on our faces and our music up and our eyes focused on our conductor. (Anyone in the Society who is reading this is laughing now.) I am excited, though, because rehearsals for Christmas start back up in about three weeks.
This is the Merry Crittermas set. These little guys are so adorable. Diana Gibbs reminded me this morning of the "spotlighting" technique, so I thought I use that with my little kitty choir. (Doesn't that sound like we're such good buds?? Actually, I check her blog every day; she has no idea who I am other than "that creepy stalker in Virginia.")
I stamped the spotlighted kitten first, then the two others on the front row. The front kitties were masked before I stamped the back row.
I stamped on Shimmery White card stock and used the watercolor pencils and a blender pen to color the images. Sometimes a blender pen smears black ink (even StazOn) on Whisper White card stock, so I opted for Shimmery White. It adds a little sparkle for the Christmas season.
After I stamped the images, I punched the spotlighted area with a 1 1/4" circle punch, colored it and layered it to a 1 3/8" Garden Green circle. The rest is just designer paper and Big Shot.
