Mostly Vintage

One of the items on my latest order was the Mostly Vintage Decor Stencil from the summer mini.  I'm not sure my darling husband would go for stenciled rooms, but there are so many other places to use the stencils – fabric, boxes, tables, scrapbook pages, and even cards.

Stencil For this one, I stippled Soft Suede classic ink in the stencil, then went back over it with Frost White shimmer paint on a sponge dauber.  I'm wishing I had moved the stencil just a bit so there would be a "shadow," but I didn't think about it until too late.

The rest of the card uses Elements of Style, of course.  It's stamped in Basic Brown and colored with Pretty in Pink, More Mustard and Old Olive markers.

Supplies:
Stamp Sets:  Elements of Style, Watercolor Trio
Ink:  Basic Brown, Pretty in Pink, Soft Suede classic; Pretty in Pink, Old Olive, More Mustard stampin' write markers
Paper:  Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Pretty in Pink card stock
Accessories:  Mostly Vintage decor stencil, sponge dauber, Frost White shimmer paint, Pretty in Pink satin ribbon, stampin' dimensionals, curly label punch, stipple brush (retired)

At our workshops this week, we'll be using the "Mostly Vintage" stencil, as well as the Watercolor Trio set.  You won't want to miss the cute little butterfly magnet we'll be making either!
