For the workshop this weekend, we'll be using free stamps! During Sale-a-bration, you can earn lots of stamps – free! Here's one of the cards we'll be making.
This set is "Three Little Words," and I got it free! I took the picture at night, so it's not as bold as it could be.
I used markers to ink "Three little words…" I started with Soft Suede, then went over the "T" with a blender pen, and recolored with Dusty Durango. "so very sorry" is stamped in Dusty Durango. Here are the rest of the supplies:
Stamp Set: Three Little Words
Ink: Dusty Durango classic; Dusty Durango, Soft Suede Stampin' Write markers
Paper: Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Dusty Durango, Sahara Sand card stock
Other: Corner rounder punch, scallop trim border punch, Soft Suede polka dot ribbon, blender pen

The other good news is the snow is melting!! I know there are lots of northern towns where there is snow on the ground all winter long, but we're just not used to it here. And I think the city and state just kind of gave up after a couple of days of plowing. There were lots of streets – even a week later – that had ruts of ice down the middle. Even now, it's almost impossible to park on city streets, because you can't get close enough to the curb because of snow. Normal for the North maybe, but here in Virginia – we just weren't ready for this! Anyway – it's not doing the downtown merchants any good at all, so we're excited about "the thaw." And I'm very happy about the increase to the water stores.
That's it for today. I hope to have some metal for you tomorrow!
