More Faux Flowers

Wonderful_suedeThis is a kind of simple card, but I love the colors.  They're so peaceful!

The flower is another paper creation.  I punched several sizes of circles, then "furled" them with a bone folder to separate the layers.  They easily peel apart to make a faux suede.

I clipped each circle from the edge toward the center to form petals, then curled them up a little.  For the leaf, I punched a circle, then punched half of that.  The center of the flower is a half back pearl from the pretties kit on a build-a-brad.

Here's another look at the flower.
