Just kidding! I finally got a chance to step into the stamp room, and here's what I came out with.
I know what you're thinking. "Is that scallop photo corners punch in the new catalog?" Well, guess what? It's not a new punch, just a new way of using two current punches. This is compliments of Jan Tinklenberg. She has a great tutorial on her blog with pictures and everything, so check it out! She is so amazing. In a nutshell, you punch a scallop square out of Designer Series Paper (card stock is too thick), then, using a temporary adhesive, stick it to some copy paper, line the edge up with the edges of the photo corners punch, and voila'! I had one regular photo corner and one scalloped after I did this. I was going to layer them, but I love the Raspberry Tart paper and didn't want to cover it up. So I taped the smaller photo corner to copy paper, and punched with the scallop square.
Edit — I wasn't as happy with this as I wanted to be, so I played around with it a little. Check the post on 12/29 to see what I did!

Hope your holiday was a happy one! We had a wonderful visit with almost all our family. My Jonathan left Christmas morning to spend the weekend with Ali and her family, but we had a very nice Christmas Eve and morning with him and Wesley. And Jon had a terrific time at the beach. Unfortunately, Ali got a pet rodent while she was gone, so now Jon wants one. Ick. I may have to exert my maternal privileges and nix this one. As long as I never hear, see, smell, touch, or in any other way sense its presence, I might be able to live with it. I just keep having visions of Ben. Or Mrs. Frisby. I may have to call NIMH before it's over.
