And one more….

It must be because it was a cooler day and a little rainy – I'm on a Christmas roll, here!  I love the Winter Post set from the Holiday mini – and you can begin ordering it on Wednesday!

Hunter_post I stamped the skaters in Basic Brown on watercolor paper, then colored with markers and an aqua painter.  I wasn't a huge fan of watercoloring with markers until I started using the watercolor paper.  I love it!  It really holds up to the water so you can blend to your heart's content!

The only card stock I used was Sage Shadow and Handsome Hunter.  I used my Color Coach to find colors to coordinate – so the skaters are colored in Handsome Hunter, Sage Shadow, Night of Navy, Ruby Red and Blush Blossom.  I added a little Creamy Caramel and Close to Cocoa for the man's hat, pants and socks.

I stamped the snowflakes (for a kind of background) in the same color ink as the card stock.  And it looks like my corner rounder needs sharpening.  Oh, my!  Need to get out that aluminum foil.

Punch tips – If your punch is not punching as well as you'd like, it probably needs sharpening or lubricating.

To sharpen:  Punch in aluminum foil a few times
To lubricate:  Punch in waxed paper

I love our punches!  They're so easy to use and come in so many styles.

I'm on my way home today!  Hope your weekend was as fun-filled as mine!  I always love seeing my family.
